Setting Up Your Life Change With A Plan Of Action

Norva’s Food For Thought…

Not being confident in the decisions you make as you change your life can make you feel like a sailor on boat in the ocean during a strong wind. You feel off kilter, unstable and blown away with the wind. Hopefully we won’t be shouting man overboard for you too… lol.

You can gain confidence by setting up your life change with a plan of action.

This action can begin with little steps. As you take each of these small steps, it will grow your confidence toward making decisions with the bigger steps. Decide what your dream is.

Figure out what defines it as success. This will help you be able to lay out your plan of action. Every time you reach a goal in your plan of action, it becomes another layer in your foundation of confidence when you make a decision.

You can make this plan of action by yourself, take time out, focus and spend the time looking at your life in a detailed way. On the other hand, you could do this process with a coach – someone who will work with you so you can succeed, who will help you look holistically at your life and where you want to go without the added emotional stress of working it out alone and without the vantage point.

Hi I’m Dr Norva Semoy Abiona, a wife and a mother of three who, over the past 25 years, has left (and most importantly thrived) after an abusive marriage ❌ and since then went back into full-time education (to Masters level) 🎓 in my late twenties and early thirties. In Addition, I had to personally survive ovarian cancer 🎗️ and a seriously ill baby (who thank God is thriving now).

So as you can see, I totally understand the challenges, overwhelm, and struggles that come with being a family-oriented and ambitious woman even after life throws you lemons 🍋.

I work with ✨ Wivepreneurs – Wives who are entrepreneurs and may be Mothers or Executives too ✨. I help them to work on finding their unique life fusion in the 5 core areas of their life; marriage, business, parenting, personal life and social life. I have personally supported 100s of women on this same journey.

I want you and all the women who join my community to know that you can ‘Have It All’ and find your work-life balance (or business-life balance as I like to call it) that works for you and your loved ones.
